Humminbird 120 Fishin' Buddy Reviews

Sample Customer Reviews

Overall, reviews of all Humminbird Fishin' Buddy models are very good.  Reviews of the Humminbird 120 in particular are outstanding, with almost all anglers rating this unit as 4 stars or better.  There are really only two complaints we see with this model.  First, is that the tranducer pole is fixed length (as opposed to the telescopic poles available with the 130 and 140).  The second complaint is that this model can't be used while trolling at high speeds.

Positive Customer Reviews

This is the first fish finder I've ever used. It works extremely well. If you can afford it, get this model or one up. The side finder is a must.

Awesome for pond fishing. Great price and so easy to use. It's accurate, reads both depths and structure.

A good portable fish finder. I use it on a canoe and pond prowler with no problems.
-- B.B.

This Humminbird fish finder is super user user friendly. The display is easy to read and the unit attaches to a boat in no time. I really like the depth and fish alarms as you don't need to stare at the display constantly.

Negative Customer Reviews

I wish I would have went for an upgraded unit with the telescoping transducer pole.  Other than that, this is a great portable fish finder.

Works good unless you're going over 3mph or so.
